Here I’m not pointing fingers to you to stop smoking. The best thing I’ve done to turn me into the worst person ever is when i Stop smoking. Smoking is so bad habits because it harms you as well as others around you. Smoking can cause cancer, heart disease and chronic lung disease. Here I’m not talking about the Tar, Nicotine, Carbon Monoxide, Acetone Radon..etc elements that are harmful for our health.

They are one of the best fruits you can consume in the first few weeks of smoking cessation. This because they contain vitamin B6 alongside other nutrients like potassium, which assists the body recuperate from the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal.  Similarly, ruminate the chews gums when you feel to smoke also helps you to stop smoking. At the starting you can also quite smoking single or twice a week at the starting of quitting smoking at the beginning if and only you are feel hard to quit smoking.

Firstly, Peoples happiness depend own you, you have a dream then you have to protect it. So, I want to share that secondhand smoke is even worse than we thought. It increase the risk for an acute coronary event like a heart attack or long-term development of atherosclerosis. Secondly, Only a fool would put his lips at the other end of a burning fire. Remember !  Every time you light up a cigarette you are saying that your life isn’t worth living. Thirdly, Every smoker have a story so before you  say him smoking kills. I want YOU to know that, something is already killing HIM. And last, cigarettes cause strokes and heart disease. It’s hard to quit smoking, but you can do it. To have the best chance of quitting and staying a non-smoker, you need to know what you’re up against, what your options are, and where to go for help.

So now, with this, we have to look smoking in different way.
